    ✓ Strategies to optimise fuelling, hydration, recovery, and body composition.

    ✓ Evidence-based nutrition education, resources and advice.

    ✓ Supplement recommendations (if relevant).

    ✓ Alternating weekly online check-ins and Zoom consultations.

    ✓ 5 x fortnightly online check-ins (via email or form) for feedback, accountability and support.

    ✓ 6 x fortnightly consultation via video call to review progress, address challenges, and adjust the plan as needed.

  • $840 (that’s $70 per week).

  • A 30 minute review session.

    • A check-in on your progress since the initial plan or last appointment.

    • Troubleshooting challenges

    • Adjustments to your plan as needed

    An extended 45 minute review appointment is available if we have a bit to chat about.

  • $100 (standard review).

    • A structured recovery plan post weigh-in to rehydrate, refuel, and be competition-ready.

    • Best for: Combat sport athletes, weightlifters, powerlifters or those in weight-category sports seeking professional, safe, and effective support for making weight.
