Terms and Conditions for Fuelled by Mik
Effective Date: 18 September
1. BOOKINGS
1.1 All consultations must be booked in advance through our website, email, or phone.
1.2 Bookings are only confirmed once confirmation email or text has been received.
1.3 It is your responsibility to ensure the booking details (time, date, service type) are correct.
1.4 Our 1:1 Nutrition Program requires a 12 week commitment
2. FEES & PAYMENTS
2.1 All fees are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change.
2.2 Payment is required within 24 hours after invoice has been issued.
2.3 If payment is not received as required, services may be suspended or cancelled until fees are paid.
2.4 Rebates may be available through private health funds or Medicare (if eligible), but it is your responsibility to confirm eligibility and submit claims.
3. CANCELLATIONS
3.1 We require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment
3.2 Cancellations made within the notice period may be rebooked without charge
3.3 Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or non-attendance at an appointment (“no-show”), may incur the full consultation fee.
3.4 In the event we need to reschedule your appointment (e.g. illness, emergency), we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new time at no extra cost.
