FAQs

How can a dietitian help you?

A dietitian can support you in achieving your health and lifestyle goals through personalised, evidence-based nutrition advice. Whether you want to manage a medical condition, improve sports performance, optimise energy levels, or simply feel more confident with food choices, I work with you to create realistic strategies that fit into your life.

How often/how many sessions will I need?

That really depends on your goals and needs. Some people will benefit from a few one-off session to fine-tune their nutrition, while others choose ongoing support their goals and adjust fuelling strategies across training phases, competitions, or seasons.

During your initial consultation, we’ll discuss a plan that works best for you.

What are my qualifications?

I’m an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) - you can see my other qualifications here.

Do you provide a meal plan?

Meal plans aren’t for everyone, during our initial consultation we can assess whether this is something that suits you and what a plan may look like. There are a lot of tools that can help you build long-term healthy habits that aren’t meal plans - we need things to be practical, flexible and achievable!

Can I claim private health rebates?

Yes, most private health funds offer rebates for dietitian consultations. The rebate amount will depend on your policy, so check with your provider for details. You will be provided with an invoice you can submit to your private health provider for rebate.

Are appointments online or in-person?

I offer online Telehealth consultations, giving you the flexibility to easily attend your appointment at a time/place that works best for you.
